Free & Standard Delivery

At HerbalWellShop, we offer free UK delivery on all orders over £79.
For orders under £79, a flat shipping fee of £6.99 applies.
Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive a tracking link to follow your delivery every step of the way.

Fast Dispatch & Delivery

Orders placed before 12:00pm (Mon–Fri) are typically dispatched within 1–3 working days.
All deliveries are managed by our trusted shipping partner DPD, renowned for reliable and timely service.

Shipping & Processing Timelines

To maintain efficiency and consistency, we follow Herbalife’s official order processing standards:

  • Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 12:00pm (Mon–Fri) are usually sent to the warehouse the same day and often dispatched immediately.

  • Next-Day Processing: Orders placed after 12:00pm are transferred to the warehouse on the next business day and typically shipped that same day.

  • Processing Time: Most orders are dispatched within 24 hours of processing, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Please note: During holidays, weekends, or peak periods (such as month-end), minor delays may occur.
